Shipping and Returns Policy 

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150, orders below this value are charged at a flat rate of $9.95. Your products are shipped from our clinic in Toorak and our standard shipping option delivers in 2-6 business days for most Metro postcodes. In busy trading periods, orders may take longer due to high volumes.

All orders are dispatched with courier service, Shippit, and are delivered directly to your door. Once dispatched with Shippit, expected delivery times for each region are as follows:

• 1-3 business days NSW, ACT, SA & QLD, NT, Tasmania 

• 2-6 business days WA

• 5-10 business days, international

Our clinic is currently closed for treatments due to COVID-19, however online orders can still be collected from

LWHS 30 Warra St Toorak between 9am and 12pm Monday - Saturday.

For return of products valued at over $75, we advise the use of a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot be held responsible for the shipping of your returned item.
